Professional Accreditation of Programmes (Computer Science)

Many of our undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes are accredited by a range of Professional Institutions. Some employers recruit preferentially from accredited degrees, and an accredited degree is likely to be recognised by other countries that are signatories to international accords.

Students are strongly encouraged to join the Professional Institution that accredits their pogramme of study; student membership normally attracts a reduced fee, or is free. For further information, refer to Student Membership.

A list of the College's accredited degree programmes in Computer Science, and the associated accrediting Professional Institution is provided below. Note that some degree programmes may be under application for accreditation; if you are unsure of the accredited status of your degree programme, please contact the Accreditation Team.
