Student Staff Liaison Committee
The Student Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC) facilitates undergraduate and postgraduate taught students and academic staff to discuss issues, raise concerns and work on joint-initiatives. Every discipline within the College of Humanities has an SSLC with an elected Subject Chair and elected student Academic Representatives. For the code of good practice that governs SSLCs please see here.
SSLCs communicate with the students on their course via their ELE page. The ELE page contains the contact details of the Subject Chair and Academic Representatives, meeting minutes and other important documents and updates. You can contact the SSLC and the academic representative for your year via:
Classics and Ancient History SSLC
If you have any queries regarding the SSLC and how you can become involved then please contact Spike van der Vliet-Firth, Student Experience Intern for the College of Humanities. The Student Experience Intern coordinates the SSLCs across the College of Humanities.
