Rongxu is a postgraduate researcher at the College of Engineering, Mathematics, and Physical Sciences, working under the supervision of Prof. Ion Sucala and Dr. Martino Luis. As a member of the Exeter Digital Enterprise Systems (ExDES) research laboratory, she is constantly exposed to the latest technologies and innovative ideas in her field.

Rongxu holds an MSc in Digital Innovation Built Asset Management from the University College London, where she conducted research in the area of digital innovation and building asset management. Her research focused on exploring the use of big data and artificial intelligence to improve the quality of services.

Research interest: 

Rongxu is focused on exploring innovative solutions in interior construction, project management, and digital technology. Her research interests center around interior construction modelling and simulation, optimizing project management processes, and the application of Industry 4.0 in project management.

Rongxu is currently working on a research project that aims to develop a digital interior construction decision framework using digital technology tools. This project will explore the potential of digital technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of interior construction projects. Through her research, Rongxu hopes to contribute to the advancement of Industry 4.0 in project management and bridge the gap between traditional construction practices and the latest digital technologies.
