DESCRIPTION - summary of the module content

Project Management is the application of knowledge, tools, skills and techniques to project activities in order to reach the requirements of the project. This can be accomplished by applying and integrating the project processes to execute projects effectively and efficiently. This module is designed to give you an understanding of how the projects create values and benefits for the organizations and societies through the project management theories and practical case studies. In today’s economical environments with rapidly changing technologies, organisations leaders should manage the projects with tighter budgets, shorter time scale or lack of resources.
