7.25 Humanities Study Abroad Mark Conversions
Students on a Humanities Study Abroad placement at one of our partner universities must bring back a transcript from their placement with the number of credits or modules required by their Humanities Study Abroad module.
The marks from our partner university transcripts are then converted to Exeter marks according to the Conversion of Study Abroad Marks. These conversion scales have been approved by the Humanities Study Abroad Assessment Progression and Awarding Committee and are reviewed annually.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure a copy of their Study Abroad transcript is sent to the Study Abroad team at the latest by the time they return to Exeter in September of the final year. This mark will then be converted using the above scales and approved by the Study Abroad Assessment Progression and Awarding Committee. Once approved, these marks will be released to all students, usually in December of the final year.
