Panpan Tang

Postgraduate Researcher

I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of Exeter under the supervision of Prof Akbar Javadi and Dr Raffaele Vinai. My research focuses on utilising sustainable materials derived from industrial wastes to enhance soil properties. Prior to joining Exeter, I earned my Master’s degree from Hohai University in 2021, where I conducted a study on the recycling of dredged sediment as a construction material. In addition to my focus on soil improvement, I also gained experience in the design of foundation pits and reinforced soil retaining walls.
