I am an observational astrophysicist who studies star formation at infrared and sub/millimetre wavelengths. I work on the Gould Belt and Transients surveys of local star formation, based on observations using the James Clerk Maxwell telescope. This submillimeter-wavelength data is combined with infrared data from the Spitzer and Herschel space observatories to improve our understanding of the physical mechanisms which drive star formation.

Further details of my research can be found on the Astrophysics page.
