I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Water Systems, University of Exeter. I have a varied research background covering areas including but not limited to, hydrology and hydraulic modelling, water-food-energy-ecosystems nexus, circular economy, evacuation modelling, urban resilience, machine learning, serious games, geographical information systems, and remote sensing. In addition to my time in academia I have also spent some time in industry working within the insurance sector in the fields of catastrophe modelling developing new techniques for analysing data and quantifying risks to assets.
