I am a postdoctoral researcher in the department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Exeter, England, United Kingdom, working in a project funded by the Royal Society TATA University Research fellowship. I earned Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India in February 2022. My research interest and expertise lie in solid mechanics and design stream of mechanical engineering. My thrust area of research is Elastic wave physics, Mechanical metamaterials, Dynamics, Vibrations, Piezoelectric-based energy harvesting, and Vibration control.
