Getting involved

We actively encourage our students to become more engaged with the College, University and wider community. By getting involved in extracurricular activities we will be able to support your learning development and employability. There are a number of ways for you to become more involved in Natural Sciences within the College, whether in social or academic participation.

We encourage all students to apply to become a Student Ambassador. If selected you will receive training. UCAS Post Offer Open Days are held during February and March and ambassadors are responsible for talking to prospective students and their families and conducting campus tours. It is a great way to become involved with the College, to get to know students from other programmes and year groups, earn some money and to add to your CV. You will be given details of how to apply later in the term however, if you have any questions, contact the Peter Chalk Information Hub
