Key CEMPS Professional Service Contacts

The CEMPS Executive Support Team provides a wide range of administrative support to the College Executive Group, specifically to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Director of College Operations, Associate Deans and the Heads of Department. In doing so, they also work closely with the CEMPS Business Partners, Head of Finance and Head of HR. Duties are broad but include support for academic recruitment (lecturer and above); diary organising; expenses claims; room and catering bookings; acting as a point of contact; committee administration and action monitoring; organising events; and support for a number of college processes such as inductions for new CEMPS staff, office key access, internal post systems and the CEMPS visitor approval.

Committees serviced by this group are the College Executive Group; Discipline Committees; Research Doctoral Committee; Prizes and Awards Committee; Portfolio Development Group; Education Committee; College Health and Safety Committee; College Inclusivity Committee; Senior Professional Team Committee; and the College Meeting. The group supports a number of additional working groups and minor committees.
