Expenses claims

Many of you will need to attend conferences during your studies and have other expenses such as travel to libraries and other archives etc. Each full time student has an allowance of £200 per financial year and part time students have £100 per financial year. To access your personal research allowance you must first incur the expense and then submit a claim for reimbursement. Expense claim forms can be obtained from the Humanities Graduate School Office and should be submitted to the Graduate School Office promptly – if possible within one month of incurring the expense – in signed hardcopy and with all original receipts. You can submit your claim at any time although please note that claims must be received and processed within 3 months of expenditure.
