Studying abroad looks great on your CV.
Study abroad
Semester of study abroad
For MMath and MSci programmes in Mathematics students are able to study abroad for the first six months of year 3. This could be under the European Erasmus programme (to France, Spain or Germany, for example), or further afield. However, most Mathematics students tend to study abroad outside of Europe, and we have a number of partner universities in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Hong Kong. Visit the University's Where can I go? page to find more information on Mathematics Study Abroad destinations or see the Semester of Mathematical Studies Abroad on ELE.
Note that study abroad is offered for M Level students only.
For more details contact the Mathematics Study Abroad Coordinator, Prof. Pierre Friedlingstein.
