Prof Adam Feldman
Associate Professor in Renewable Energy
Location: DuMaurier 3.029b
Adam Feldman brings a range of skills to the teaching of Renewable Energy. Originally qualified in Medicine, he practiced as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon both within the NHS and privately. For 20 years he taught clinical medicine and surgery at both undergraduate and high postgraduate levels.
Always interested in energy and especially Renewable Energy, he chose to formally study the subject at degree level, changing his active career from medicine to energy engineering.
Fascinated not only by current and future proposals in the energy fields, he has a long and deep appreciation of the history and development of science and engineering. He is well placed to offer inspirational teaching and training to science and engineering students.
