IT Support are located in Harrison room 284 and Physics room 116A. The best way to contact us is via email or directly into SID.

When submitting your enquiry please use your university email account (the one ending @exeter.ac.uk). To aid a quick reply please include: 

- A full discriptionof the problem and assiciated error message(s), including printscreens; 

- When the problem was first noticed;

- Your user name, computer name, operating system, building and room number. 

Cornwall Campus, 

IT Support are located on the Penryn Campus, underneath the library on level 1, next to the IT suite; and on the Woodlane Campus, on the first floor of the Alan Livingston building (in the fox suite).
